Engel & Völkers Florida has moved its corporate headquarters to a larger facility to accommodate its growth in franchise expansion and corporate team development.
“This move represents an exciting development for Engel & Völkers Florida,” says Oliver Tonn, co-owner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Over the past year, we have expanded our brand’s presence in seven premium real estate markets across the state grown our corporate team with incredibly talented professionals, and are pleased that the new space can accommodate this growth.”
Engel & Völkers first expanded into the North American market in 2007, with Florida as its flagship Master License Partner. Engel & Völkers Florida has since operated from its regional headquarters, located in Naples, and has consistently been the most successful region on the continent.
The new office space is approximately 2,404 square feet, which makes it nearly three times the size of the company’s previous space. The modern office features a training facility for the company’s signature STAT (System Tools Administrator Training), state-of-the-art conference room, relaxing lounge, branded lobby and private offices for the executive team.
“We designed this space to look sharp and showcase our brand as a tool to help attract new franchise partners,” says Timo Khammash, managing partner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Continued franchise expansion is a key focus for Engel & Völkers Florida in 2018, and we know this move was needed in order to meet our objectives and support our growing network.”
